Context
Amira Couture is a high-fashion womenswear brand, ceremony and evening dresses, with €3.9 million in revenue. It sells only to shops, through a network of sales agents.
Problem
Every order went through an agent, on commission. The company wanted to move part of its sales online without losing the network, with a tool worthy of a high-fashion brand.
Solution
I built the app from scratch (iOS, Android and web from a single Flutter codebase) and the back office behind it. In the app, shops browse the collections by category, see each piece with a gallery and zoom, colours, sizes and availability, with sold-out combinations clearly flagged, and place orders. Bank-transfer payment through Stripe, push notifications, product suggestions right in the search.
In the back office the company manages products, categories, galleries and images, customers and orders, the login screens and the sales agents' codes, so every agent stays linked to their own customers. Integration with the company's systems, hosting and continuous monitoring.
Outcome
First version on the App Store on 3 October 2024, then continuous updates: a full rebrand in 2025, new galleries and availability indicators, new APIs in 2026. Rated 5.0 on the App Store. Share of orders placed via the app, average time per order. Monitoring under a monthly plan.
